Our RV Division has 17 sites available on a Month-to-Month basis ONLY. We do not do any daily or monthly space rentals. Sites come with full hook-ups including water, sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric service ,and WIFI. Concrete pads are beautifully landscaped and yard maintenance is included. Gravel sites are larger for larger rigs. Well behaved pets are welcomed!
For the kids we offer a nice playground with plenty of room to run. Also available is our basketball court. Swimming pool is open in the summer.
We have on site management and are open all year. We are very convenient to Bossier Community College, all types of shopping malls and shopping centers in the Shreveport- Bossier area and Barksdale Airforce Base, and we strive to have a very safe and clean environment for all our residents.
Southern Living Mobile Home Park strives to maintain a very high property standard, therefore, we only allow commercially manufactured RV's (5th wheels, travel trailers and motor homes) no less than 24 feet and meeting management standard conditions. No FEMA trailers, tents, pop-ups, hi-lows, truck campers or vans of any type are allowed. We reserve the right to accept or deny any RV.
